Hillary Clinton, US Secretary of State has said, any possible plan to enforce a no-fly zone over Libya should be decided by the UN and not by the US .
Mrs. Clinton said it would be significant such a decision come from the Libyan nation instead of US-led attempts. The demands for military intrusion are arising as Gaddafi supported forces attacked on those areas which are under control by Libyan activists.
In the mean time Col Gaddafi has made a bold speech to his nation on Libyan TV, giving title to the activists and opposition leader’s conspirators and claimed that the rebels had been convinced by al-Qaeda.
The revolutionary groups are struggling to step down a long Col Gaddafi's 41 years supremacy, and at least 1,000 people are considered to have killed beside this near about 200,000 people have been misplaced by the warfare.
Mrs. Clinton repeated her government's demand for Col Gaddafi to quit calmly, but informed that the Libyan disaster could be prolonged. We want to support the efforts that are being made by the Libyan people and to take a decision without the support of Libyan nation would be much difficult task.
The UK and France are planning on a UN Security Council resolution for a no-fly zone; however Russia has already opposed the military intervention. NATO defense ministers will talk about the alternatives for Libya on Thursday and Friday. In Washington , President Obama has countenanced censure that he is being too careful over the Libyan crises.

On Tuesday night, in Tripoli Col Gaddafi appeared in a hotel bounded by stiff security and held special interviews with Turkish and French television stations, but later on gone without addressing, some of the journalists had been coming up long hours to listen him.
According to the BBC's reporter in Tripoli , Col Gaddafi's forces are making an important military success, merging their hold on western Libya .
The EU officials say The European Union has also decided to expand sanctions with effective from Friday against Libya including its ruler wealth funds and central bank. The sanction will confine on Libyan organizations that hold chances in a host of European companies.
The decision will cover up to those sanctions which has already endorsed by the UN Security Council which besieged Col. Gaddafi including his family, relatives and friends.
