So Kim Kardashian was horrified to discover that she had developed the skin disease psoriasis in last night's episode of Keeping Up with the Kardashians.

The reality star gets an angry red rash, first on her legs, that soon spreads all over her body.

After seeing her dermatologist, Kim panics when she researches the condition on the internet and realises her entire body could end up covered in the painful patches.

'My career is doing ad campaigns and swimsuit photo shoots,' the 30-year-old cries. 'People don't understand the pressure on me to look perfect.'

'When I gain a pound, it's in the headlines. Imagine what the tabloids would do to me if they saw all these spots?'

The hereditary disease was passed down to Kim from her mother Kris Jenner.

'I got it for the first time when I was exactly your age,' Kris tells her distraught daughter. 'I cried myself to sleep for months.'

Kim's doctor tells her the condition is incurable, and the best way to manage it is to lead a 'slower-paced life.'

But she is adamant, saying: 'It's just not possible.'

'I have to wear a sports bra and I have this rash all over my stomach,' she cries. 'What will the producers say? In a photoshoot they can just photo-shop it out but this is on video. They can't hide this.'

As her main source of income is from modelling and red carpet appearances, Kim is certain her career has come crashing down around her.

With 200 crew members waiting and five minutes to spare, the reality star finally arrives, and after managing to cover the rash in make-up, completes the shoot.

Kim is an ambassador for the alcohol brand, and is attending a party for the company today in Los Angeles.

The 30-year-old showed off her famous figure in the revealing frock, which she paired with matching nude belt, heels and clutch bag.

Kim has lightened her hair recently, and her new reddish hue shone in the sunlight.

So the reality TV star took time out for some bonding with the Kardashian clan - and what better place to do it than the happiest place on earth?

The entire family descended on the popular theme park Disneyland last Tuesday and today shared their happy family snaps.


Escorted by security and a tour guide, Kim and her sisters Kourtney, Kendall and Kyle, mother Kris Jenner, brother Rob, and Kourtney's husband Scott enjoyed a VIP tour of the park.

The family even took along Kourtney and Scott's one-year-old son Mason, who experienced his first ever trip to the theme park.

Family-orientated Kim excitedly blogged to her fans about the adventure.

'We went to Disneyland last week, and we honestly hadn’t been in years!,' she wrote. 'It was Mason’s first time! He had such a great time.

'He was so scared to meet Minnie and Mickey and would only high five them! No hugs or kisses, LOL!

Avoiding the thrills and spills of the high-speed rollercosters and rides on offer, the group made sure to stick to more-children orientated rides to accommodate for the tiny tot.

'We went on It’s a Small World, Peter Pan’s Flight, Dumbo and so many fun rides! He was a little afraid of the Roger Rabbit Car Toon,' Kim continued.

Ditching her faithful high heels for some comfortable flat sandals, Kim went casual but cute for the occasion in a black and white printed romper.

Meanwhile all her sisters opted for denim mini-shorts, with Kourtney slipping into tiny black cut-offs and Kendall and Kylie wearing near matching light blue varieties paired with similar midriff baring vests.

The snap happy family took numerous pictures of their day out including posed shot with Minnie and Mickey Mouse.

The pair got engaged in May after Kris proposed with a 20.5-carat Lorrain Schwartz diamond engagement ring.
