Nicki Minaj Denies Being Attacked By Her Male "Friend" But Police Reports Prove Different! Look...

Yesterday we reported that Nicki Minaj was attacked by a male "friend" who we thought may have been her assitant/bff/bf Safaree aka Scaff Beezy. But both Safaree and Nicki denied those reports. now the police reports have surfaced and now the truth is out.

TMZ has obtained the police report describing the hotel altercation between Nicki Minaj and a man, in which she claimed he struck her in the face with a suitcase ... and Dallas cops tell us the alleged attacker is Nicki's assistant Safaree Samuels.

TMZ broke the story ... Nicki and Safaree were arguing at a hotel pool in Dallas Monday night and took it upstairs to the room.

According to the police report, Nicki followed Safaree up to the room they were sharing, to make sure he didn't take any of her stuff. Nicki was in the room looking into her suitcase, which had some of Safaree's belongings, when she says he

"grabbed the suitcase and as he was picking it up, he shoved the suitcase across [Nicki's] chin and lower lip."

The police report goes on:

"[Nicki's] teeth struck the inside of her lower lip, causing the inside of the lower lip to cut and start to bleed."

According to the report, a paramedic arrived on scene, but Nicki decided she didn't want to press charges so the case was closed.

Was this just a "normal" fight between two people? Or did the media blow this out of proportion?

Nicki says,

The media could pee on ur leg & tell u its raining. You'd believe it. You'd believe u were an adopted martian if TMZ told u so.

What we will say is....for some reason there has been a lot of drama brought up between Nicki and Safaree lately. Safaree, as her assistant and friend, is her support system......the industry is known for breaking people up and taking the people you love away from you. Some people may not like that he is always around and will try to orchestrate drama. I hope that is not what is going on here. Either way -- we never hope bad on anyone and hope this drama leaves Nicki asap!

In case you missed it, former KISS guitarist Vincent Cusano allegedly smacked his wife in the face and dragged her through a pile of broken glass on the night he was arrested ... and when cops arrived to the house, they found 4 dead dogs at the scene ... this according to law enforcement.

The Rutherford County Sheriff's Office tells TMZ ... on May 22, Vincent's wife, Diane, arrived to the Sheriff's Office "covered in blood" and reeking of alcohol.

Cops say 44-year-old Diane told the officers how she had just escaped from the couple's Tennessee home ... after Vincent

"smacked her in the face,"

following an argument about a "female subject [Vincent] was talking to." She says Vincent then

"grabbed her by the hair and threw her down to the ground."

Diane says Vincent then

"dragged her through a pile of glass from a broken plate that had been on the floor since before the argument had started."

Diane told police she tried to get away -- but 58-year-old Vincent threw her to the ground 4 more times. She eventually escaped and drove herself to the station.

Cops dispatched officers to the home -- where they found Vincent and "four sealed containers containing deceased dogs."

Diane told the cops .... the dogs had been "killed by one of their aggressive dogs."

Vincent was eventually arrested and booked for aggravated domestic assault -- and his bond was set at $10,000. The mugshot is featured above.

An animal service team was contacted to look into the dead dog situation.

This story has been heating up all day. Rumor has it rapper Joe Budden beat the crap out his now ex-girl friend and model, Esther Baxter, so bad that she lost her baby. And how do we know this? SHE'S SPILLING THE BEANS!

What provoked Esther to tell her story was Joe Budden releasing a song saying he killed their unborn child, and revealing audio recordings of their argument....making their dispute public.




He also went around explaining his side of the story....





Now, if your asking yourself, how in the world did Chris Brown get in the mix of all of this?

Once the news got out that Esther spilled the beans...Joe Budden got on Twitter, receiving backlash from fans and non-fans alike and tweeted,

fuck this, i'm shopping 4 a bow tie as we speak.

Referring to when Chris Brown had to tell HIS side of the domestic attack with him and Rihanna and wore that bright baby blue bow-tie.

Breezy wasn't feeling that Budden brought him into his problems and responded,

So I'm guessing this person thinks he's mature by making references to me becuz of his mistakes! #pumppumppumpitup

Then a day later (May 10,2011)....

Joe Budden responded to Esther's claims saying,

Yeah, she did a whole Barbara Walter-ish interview. Dramatic full house, theme music in the background, and pictures. I’m sitting there like, really this is what we doing? We cuing the music and violins.

For the record, so that we’re totally clear, I never hit Esther. Never, never, never. No, I’ve never, EVER, EVER hit her. Like I said, that subject matter is very serious. It’s not anything to joke around about and I’ve never hit her. To be honest, you don’t do all the things she said I did and then come right back and f**k the same man.
