Tiny: Danielle Lloyd tweets a picture of her son Harry's minature hand, after he was born ten weeks early
Despite barely being able to see his hand without a magnifying glass, Danielle Lloyd insists her premature son is making progress.
The former Celebrity Big Brother contestant posted a picture of Harry's tiny paw clutching her finger on Twitter today.
His little pink claw looked minute as it wrapped around mummy, with the first signs of his nails forming.
Danielle wrote: Just to let everyone know Harry is doing a lot better this week he is finally breathing by himself! So happy such a massive step X'
She then uploaded the photograph, adding: 'Here is Harry holding my little finger!!! He is so tiny....Xxx'
Life hung in the balance for Danielle and fiancé Jamie O'Hara's son when he was born on July 13.
Their new addition to the family was born ten weeks early, weighing in at just 4lb 4oz.
He was immediately put on a ventilator to assist with his breathing, but doctors remained positive from the start.
A spokesperson said at the time: 'Baby O'Hara has been moved to a special Neonatal Unit at a hospital sixty minutes from Danielle and Jamie's home in the Midlands.
'The baby is currently on a positive pressure ventilator (PPV) to assist with his breathing but doctors are very positive and Jamie and Danielle are very thankful to the medical team for all they are doing.
'The couple have decided on the name Harry James O'Hara for their new son. Finally, they have been overwhelmed and are grateful for all the kind messages of support that they have received.'
The couple became parents for the first time in July 2010 when they welcomed Archie into the world.
