Former French president “Jacques Chirac’s corruption trial open


Jacques Chirac, former French President will have to face a trial against the charges of misusing public funds when he was mayor of Paris, before he was president.
Mr. Chirac is alleged of paying friends and associates with mass finances between 1977 and 1995 for town hall jobs that did not exist.
Mr. Chirac has always rejected the blames. Mr. Chirac will be the first former French state’s leader who faces to illegal charges since Marshal Petain was first time crooked of sedition after World War II.

This test is an important affair in French politics. Usually the presidential office has placed above the hurly-burly of political existence. But lastly after years of will he or won't he, Jacques Chirac is to face of trial even though the key applicant has dropped out. The city of Paris removed its objection last year after resolving a conclusion with the former president and the judgment UMP party amounting to 2.2illiom euros.
The investigator chief of the genuine prosecution thinks that there are inadequate proofs to bring a favor.  It was happened because of two strong groups are pursuing the case that will go forward at any cost.
As per the French constitution former French president gratified to be in court but he will show on Tuesday notwithstanding rumors of his ill health. His wife has denied claims that he is distressing from Alzheimer's.
In assumption he could countenance at least 10 years in jail, but according to the experts even if he were offender it is improbably he will give out any time.
