Bahrain's capital Manama's Pearl Square protest swamped


Bahrain's capital Manama, security forces with tanks have swamped a square in the central area where anti-government demonstrators have been stayed for weeks.
The state TV has said, about three demonstrators have been killed by throwing tear gas shelling at the key Shia protestors. In the clash two police men were also died. The security forces have entered in the main Salmaniya hospital. The country's Sunni government have announced martial law and called in Saudi troops to help maintaining law and order. Also there were more than 200 people injured.
A senior Bahrain opposition MP stated about the crackdown as a "war of devastation". Abdel Jalil Khalil said it does not happen even in wars and it is not tolerable. Opposition members have also claimed that three and five demonstrators were died.
Till now it is not clear whether the Gulf forces are participating for raid along with the Bahraini forces.  There are black clouds of smoke spreading out over Pearl square the central area of the protestors while the air forces are monitoring the protestors through helicopters.
It is not clear whether soldiers from other Gulf States are taking part in the crackdown alongside Bahraini forces. There are unrest police stationed in easy approach roads. The armed loaded vehicles are running in the area because of the security forces have completed for within few hours for obtaining complete control of the square.
The raid began after the announcement of King Hamad Bin Isa Al Khalifa’s government a three-month state of emergency. The protestors had established obstacles in the square but they could not able to challenge the military. The security forces are moving into the Manama district for reopening the blocked roads. The stock market had been closed down till further notice.
The troops had been stayed in the Salmaniya hospital and no one can enter or out without permission. The injured are being treated in the mosques or at home. A female doctor told that she and her colleague were beating by the troops who had taken over the building. However the troops have freed the first floor where the accident and emergency situated.
Human rights activists reported live rounds had been utilized in different areas of the city. Bahrain which is the place to the US Navy’s fifth warship in the first country to be terrified into by chaos by the recent wave of disobedience sweeping the Arab World. The protest was started in the previous month in Bahrain which has the population of 525,000. The Shia majority complain that they are victim of economic troubles, lack of political freedom and distinction in jobs as compare to the Sunnis.
On Feb. 26 the King had reorganized his cabinet changing four ministers including to royal family member but he did not replaced Prime Minister Sheikh Khalifah ibn Salman al-Khalifah, who has occupied the office for more than 40 years.
